What so I do when I made a mistake with my order?
If there is any issue with your order, please be aware that once a purchase is complete, we can no longer make changes to the order. Please make sure to double check your order before completing the purchase! Otherwise, we will have to cancel and refund your order so you can re-do your purchase with the correct items you would like. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund any purchase. Please contact support@trippyflipchocolate.com with any questions or concerns.
Where Do You Ship Your Products?
We ship medical chocolate bars to any location in the US and Canada. We do ship our products outside of America.
Where's my tracking Number:
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Payment for your orders are made via mobile payment services like CashApp, Venmo, Zelle etc and cryptocurrency. Once you place your order you will receive payment instructions in an email.

How're your products shipped?
We ship our products using USPS And FeDex. Products are sealed, boxed and placed in bubble wrap envelopes for discretion. Our shipping is fast, safe, secure, and discreet.
